Spacious rooms with breathtaking ocean views from your private balcony or large covered deck, located on the hillside approximately 75 yards from the beach. A choice of king-size or twin beds, these tastefully furnished rooms offer refined luxuries such as marble vanities. Connecting rooms are available for families. Maximum occupancy two adults or two adults and one child (with a rollaway for the child).
Beachfront Cabana
Located on the waters edge, these rustic accommodations are built on stilts between the palm trees, affording magnificent views and seclusion. Each Cabana has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, wet bar, marble vanities, large private deck and hammock. Approximately 270 sq. ft. Maximum occupancy: two persons.
Beachfront Deluxe
These spacious deluxe accommodations sit just yards from the beach. Guestrooms are equipped with either a four-poster king or two queen-sized beds. Ocean views are provided from the large covered, 120 square foot terraces or balconies. The Beachfront Deluxe rooms also feature, ceiling fan, and large walk-in closet, separate shower area with marble vanity and dressing area. Some adjoining rooms are available, connected via the balcony. Approximately 360 sq. ft. Maximum occupancy: four adults or two adults and two children.
Two Bedroom Villa
Approximately 1,320 sq. ft. these 15 2-bedroom villas are set on the hillside. One floor features a hillside ocean view bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and private terrace. The other floor features a bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom with shower, as well as a large living room with a full kitchen and outside deck with dining table and gas grill.
Three Bedroom Villa
Approximately 1,712 sq. ft. these 11 three-bedroom villas are set on the hillside. Ground floor features a hillside ocean view bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom with shower, as well as a large living room with a full kitchen and outside deck with dining table and gas grill. Top floor features a king-size bed and a wet bar area with fridge, microwave and coffee-maker — corner Jacuzzis also available in some.
Longview Estate Home
With its secluded, intimate setting nestled high above Long Bay, and its spectacular views of the ocean, Longview House offers a truly private, relaxing and romantic retreat.
This enchanting home offers tropical gardens, a 40-foot pool and three bedroom suites. The main pavilion houses a living area with cathedral ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with its own garden shower. A shaded dining area opens out to a terrace and the refreshing lap pool, the ideal setting for entertaining, sunbathing or stargazing. Relax in the large hammock at the end of the pool.
The adjacent two master bedrooms are accessed through a shaded garden and have been designed for the guest’s comfort; each is spacious with ensuite bathrooms and views to the sea. The first floor bedroom contains a king bed with private screened porch. The second floor bedroom offers cathedral ceiling, queen bed, seating area and an outside deck.
This home can easily accommodate families or couples, and has also hosted weddings on the balcony off the living room with orchid trees offering a romantic and colourful backdrop.

Murray Estate Home
The Murray-Sayles House is an enticing combination of open and shaded terraces, tastefully furnished rooms and an ocean-facing swimming pool. Set on the hillside above the grounds of Long Bay, the house offers views of Jost Van Dyke and Carrot Bay. The peace and quiet is interrupted only by the distant sound of the Long Bay surf. The spacious and airy rooms have been designed to take advantage of the cooling breezes, all opening out onto the pool terrace. The master suite stands alone on the far side of the pool, just steps from the water’s edge. Enjoy your morning swim directly from your bedroom door. A small flight of stairs leads up from the terrace to the two additional bedrooms.
