Oceanfront dining in three restaurants...

Why not begin your evening with a sundowner in our informal oceanfront Teepee Bar? There’s nothing quite like sipping a rum punch and watching the sun slowly sink behind the Caribbean Sea. Or you may prefer cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in our elegant Lounge Bar, the friendly staff and lively rhythms guaranteeing a memorable occasion.
Your table at the oceanfront Seagrape Restaurant then awaits, the award-winning Euro-Caribbean cuisine of our European Executive Chef showcasing the finest local produce and seafood. Or for a delightful change of scene, why not reserve one of the thatched cabanas in the more intimate Gauguin Restaurant? Here you can dine a deux on delicious grill-type fare enhanced by candlelight and the sound of the surf. Or for a more sedate setting we have now added a third beachfront restaurant ‘Ismay’s’ adjacent to the beautiful Shell Bay. Guests can choose from the best of the island’s local flavours with everything from classic West Indian ‘roti’ to seafood gumbo.
